Lindenwood University’s J. Scheidegger Center for the Arts will be hosting the Heartland Art Club Members Exhibition from Jan. 30 to March 16 in the Boyle Family Gallery.

Lindenwood University’s new Center for Diversity & Inclusion (CDI) will officially open at a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, at 3110 Evans Commons.

Melissa Ridley Elmes, assistant professor of English, has been elected to a three-year term with the Modern Language Association's Delegate Assembly. With over 25,000 members in 100 countries, the association is the largest international organization in the field of modern languages and literatures; the Delegate Assembly is the governing body of this organization.

Lindenwood alumnus Lamerol Gatewood (’77) has made a career as an artist and educator in New York for decades, and now, one of his paintings has made its way back to St. Louis and is on display in the St. Louis Art Museum exhibit, The Shape of Abstraction: Selections from the Ollie Collection.

Earlier this month, Jane Beckman, communications director for the Saint Louis Crisis Nursery, presented a certificate of appreciation to Dr. Kristy Tucciarone’s Advertising Campaign Management class for a variety of work the class has performed for the nursery over the past two years.
